This is a simple wand that is easy to use. If feels chalky to the touch but does not leave any residue. I suggest just a few minutes to start with. The directions say not to often so that you will not overtighten. I do not think any woman will ever say she is too tight. I did not get any irritation and found it simpler than kegal balls.

This works wonders and if used every 5 days or so it makes you feel like it's the very first time every time. Just make sure to wash it 1st and make sure it's all slippery because without that it may feel very uncomfortable because it's a dry stick that smells great. They work well with estradiol cream. Not any more comfortable or uncomfortable than what the pharmacy supplies. They have measurements so you can get the correct dose. It’s great to just throw away and not have to wash and re-wash.
