Yes, we have a 30 days money back guarantee as we recommend using our products for 90 days consistently to see results. HOWEVER! We don’t give money back guarantee for just using the product and not liking it, we only give this if it doesn’t do it’s job for you. This is our policy ! We also would require a picture taken with proof of date from the time you start using our products. Take picture monthly to track results for 90 days.
What is pre-order?
Pre-order is purchasing a product before it is available. If the item says pre-order only in the description it is pre-order. if it doesn't, it comes within the regular shipping time.

Yes, we do ship Worldwide. International shipping takes between 2-4 weeks.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info.gentleoasis@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 2 hours.

My item arrived damaged what do I do?
products may get damaged due to service mistreatment by the shipping companies, so we made sure that whenever this happens, we fully replace your order with a new one no questions asked.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. After an Order is made you can’t cancel or get a refund.
